Also, after taking out the enemies, you might hear a Big Daddy and Little Sister in the area you just came from/started out in. Take the Plasmid as you enter and be wary of the camera in the area. Now, head to where the quest objective arrow points. Instead of upgrading your weapons straight away though, wait. Once that’s done, go into the room where you hack the security console and drop down. In order to get into the room that’s locked on the ground floor, you’ll need to go upstairs and hack the security control. Make sure you equip the Proud Parent tonic whenever you defend Little Sisters. Go and claim it from in front of the Gatherer’s Garden. If you rescue her and have rescued the others so far, you’ll find your first reward for doing so. Once the Splicer leaves, set the Little Sister down and defend her. It should be by the Gatherer’s Garden in the same area. Hold down square and follow the trail to the next corpse. Defend her and then pick her up and loot the area before taking the stairs back down. Loot everything to the left where the Vitae-Chamber is. They’ll start shooting at a new type of Big Daddy who fires explosives.
